Polina Pivovarova was born in Tatarstan, Russia. She was interested in poetry and the world around her from the early childhood. Another big passion of Polina was music. She liked to sing songs and compose her musical works.

Later, after traveling and participating in open water swimming competitions Polina began being interested in environmental problems. Then she participated in Arctic environmental expedition and made the film about her and her friends experience.

Now Polina is working on new environmental documentary films and new artistic forms they can be.
